Frequently Asked Questions How do I know that I
can trust your company?
Turn Key Cleaning is locally owned and operated. The
owner’s of Turn Key Cleaning will be the ones cleaning your property, home, or
building. Turn Key does not do cleaner rotations like other companies do. Turn
Key is also licensed and insured for your protection. We
furnish all the cleaning supplies necessary to clean your business or
property .If you request a specific product that we don't normally carry, we
will ask you to provide it or we can purchase the product for an additional fee. What hours are you
able to clean my business or property?
We
can schedule cleaning services for whatever time you wish. If
an emergency cleaning is needed or our services are needed on a holiday,
additional charges apply. Since
most of our cleaning is commercial, and vacant properties, we do most of our
cleaning after business hours, in the evening ,and nighttime so we are not
interfering in business production. If
you prefer earlier hours, please let us know. Do I have to give you
a key?
We would prefer it. Turn
Key will have you sign a entry release form and will make sure your key is safe
with us and returned promptly after cleaning, or kept safe for future
cleaning’s. If I am a client, then
how am I billed?
We will send or give you an invoice after your cleaning service is completed. We
request payment be made upon receipt of invoice. For our daily ,weekly ,monthly business/office accounts, we bill the 1st of every month, and expect payment due by the 30th of the month.
